Regina Community Fridge
Community Fridges are a type of “free store” that is from the community for the community. It is entirely community owned and operated. They are open 24/7 and provide food and essential items to those who need it most. Anyone can access the fridge whenever they need to and can take whatever they may need. The money raised from the Spring 2021 boxes went to the community Fridges. Regina Food for Learning
Regina Food for learning is a non-profit organization that works closely with the community to provide healthy, nourishing meals to children in schools. They are the largest child-feeding program in the city since 1988. With the money raised from the first round of boxes, it was able to provide 731 meals to children in the program.
